As we approach the end of 2012, I’ve been thinking of New Year’s resolutions, as I’m sure many of you have. I’m only making one — to eat healthier. What I’d like to talk about here is the single biggest challenge I’ll be facing in that regard.
I love to eat fish. That’s not the problem; fish is mostly a healthy type of food. The problem is that I love to eat it fried, and that I have very little self-control when faced with a platter of piping-hot crispity crunchety fish fillets or fingers. There’s not much better.
