This is about the right amount of Face Potion to cover your face, head and arms (if your head's not shaved, use a little less).

For anyone who spends time outdoors in sunny Southwest Florida, sunscreen is indispensable. If you spend more than an hour outside without it, you’re virtually guaranteed a painful sunburn. Eventually, of course, your skin will produce more melanin as a protective measure, but both sunburn damage and higher melanin production are linked to skin cancers. I don’t know about you, but to me sunscreen is a no-brainer.
I can’t stand sunscreen in my eyes. It’s more than unpleasant; it’s actually debilitating. Spending as much time outdoors as I do, I’ve gone through a lot of sunscreen. Most liquid formulas are prone to running, so I used to use spray formulas. I learned the hard way that a little overspray will ruin sunglasses, and I didn’t like the tendency to wear off. I found myself using the spray less and less just because it was a hassle, but every time I came home bright pink my wife would get after me.
