Two days before Traci Nabergall and Jason Salter were brutally murdered, John Lee told an acquaintance he beat up Salter for disrespecting him.
The few minutes of testimony Tuesday from Englewood resident Jessica Tighe was enough for Lee’s attorney, Carolyn Schlemmer, to have the judge clear the seven-man and eight-woman jury panel and ask for a mistrial.
