Rain postpones district battle

ARCADIA — The future lawyers, first-grade teachers and ultrasound technicians stood beaming on the field Friday as the crowd at Bulldog Stadium learned the names and ambitions of DeSoto County High School’s homecoming court.
Then the rain started.
