Pirates fall to Rams after forcing extra innings

SARASOTA — Port Charlotte High School pitchers struck out 11, and the Pirates rallied from two down entering the sixth to force extra innings Thursday against Riverview.

But the Rams walked off with a 3-2 win in the bottom of the ninth.
