The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
• Robert Austin Hogan, 33, 4000 block of Iola Ave., Punta Gorda. Charges: two counts possession of a controlled substance without prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond: $3,500.
