NORTH PORT — Sarasota County’s offer to buy the city of North Port’s half of Warm Mineral Springs Day Spa for $2 million has not changed Dr. Grigory Pogrebinsky’s plans of opening facilities on 16 acres bordering the property that he says will facilitate medical tourism.

In fact, he and his group now are interested in operating the Springs spa themselves.
