Harmony Duncan was crowned Miss Teen Charlotte County, Kasey Conn was announced Miss Charlotte County and Heather Stephens earned the title of Miss Gulf Coast during the Nov. 18 pageant.

Glitz and glamour came to
Punta Gorda on Nov. 18 when preliminaries for the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageants premiered at the Charlotte Harbor Event and Conference Center.
Kasey Conn won the crown for Miss Charlotte County, Heather Stephens for Miss Gulf Coast and Harmony Duncan for Miss Teen Charlotte County.
