Pirates fall to ’Canes

BRADENTON — Port Charlotte High School spent most of the District 4A-11 semifinal down one goal to Manatee, but the deficit often seemed like more.
It was only one, but it stayed that way, and the Pirates lost 1-0 to end their season.
