PORT CHARLOTTE –
A street crimes deputy stopped a car Friday on a traffic violation and wound up arresting the driver after finding more than 2 pounds of marijuana and $550 in cash, according to a Charlotte County Sheriff’s report.

Arrested was Vladimir Morrobel, 24, of the 1000 block Corktree Circle, Port Charlotte, on charges of possession of marijuana with the intent to sell, possession of more than 20 grams marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released from the Charlotte County Jail Saturday after posting $13,500 bond.
