Report: Woman charged twice in pharmacy theft
PORT CHARLOTTE — A woman was arrested for the second time in connection with stealing shopping carts full of merchandise from Walgreen’s stores in Charlotte Harbor and Murdock, according to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.
Janet Nicole Klotzbier, 31, of the first block of Kenly Street in Port Charlotte, was first charged with grand theft and two counts of possession of a controlled substance Dec. 8, after she was caught stealing a shopping cart overflowing with merchandise valued at $539 from the Walgreen’s in Murdock, the report states.
