• Diana Marcela Quintero, 22, of Tamarac, Fla. Charges: driving while license is suspended, failure to change the address on a driver’s license, displaying a canceled driver’s license, three counts possession of controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond: $5,000.
