Susan Lynn Gulsby, 58, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, at Tidewell Hospice in Venice, Fla.

She was born Sept. 13, 1954, in Toronto, Canada, to Ralph and Ruth (nee Yake) Watterworth.

Susan recently moved to Florida from Ft. Payne, Ala. She was a Crimson Tide Alabama football fan and she loved animals.

Sue is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Raymond L. Gulsby; father and step-mother, Ralph and Pat Watterworth, of Locust Grove, Va.; brother, David (Linda) Watterworth of Sarasota, Fla.; two stepsons, David M. (Cindy) Gulsby and Timothy Gulsby, both of Port Charlotte; three step-grandchildren, Haley Gulsby, Brittany and Makenzie Forman, all of Port Charlotte; one nephew, Robert Watterworth, of Sarasota; and her extended family at Ferguson Enterprises in Ft. Payne.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at Englewood Community Funeral Home, 3070 South McCall Rd., with the Rev. Carl Kaltreider, officiating.
