Louise Woods, 95, of Port Charlotte, Fla., and formerly of St. Albans, Vt., passed away Monday, Dec. 31, 2012.

She is survived by her husband, John, and a loving family.

Services are private and will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are by Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home and Cemetery.

It is a shame Louise Gonyeau Lydem Lockwood Woods only son Oscar Lydem, his wife Carol, grandchildren Lori, Lance, Scott, Stacey, Heidi and the many Great and Great-Great Grand Children were not included for our Grandma Louise as we all LOVED her more than words can say ... Our hearts are breaking to have to have read this the way it has been written by her third husbands family ... I was just notified my Dear Grandmother passing on January 14, 23013 ... : ( Love you Grandma Louise ....... Lori Lydem Dugan
