Marion Ada Marts, 83, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, at her Charlotte County residence.

Born Oct. 14, 1929 in McKeesport, Pa.

She just moved here from North Versailles, Pa., where she had worked for the V.F.W. Post in East McKeesport, for 30 years. Mrs. Marts loved her family, gardening, collecting antiques and glassware.

Survivors include her children, William (Gail) Marts and Carolyn Marts, both of Port Charlotte; one brother, Ernest Bain of Wexford, Pa.; five grandsons, David and Chris Marts; James, Ryan and Aaron Wenzel; and eight great-grandchildren.
