Adrian was a good friend and a proud U.S. Navy Reserve Seabee.

Uncle Adrien was my father's youngest brother. I have very fond memories of him especially from when I was very young. One of my fondest memories was when he visited our family from the navy. I was about 5 yo, he was wearing his sailor uniform and he brought me a sailor cap of my own which I wore and treasured. I last saw him a year ago and will miss him.

I have very fond and vivid memories of Uncle Adrian while growing up. I remember as a young child when he would come home on leave from the Navy, and stay with us, in his sailor whites and bell bottoms, he would always tell stories of where he was and what he did, I used to call him Uncle Salty. As I grew up, he was always in attendance at all the special events, whether it was the prom, high school graduation, wedding, no matter how big or small the occasion was, he always made me feel special. When my mom lived in New Hampshire, he was a good brother to her, he looked after her and made sure she had a place to live and was comfortable. I would visit many wekends, he couldn't do enough to accomodate my daughter and myself when we visited. He was fun loving, generous, compasionate and caring. He always gave me good advice when we had our chats. He was a good man. I will miss my Uncle Salty, but will always cherish the memories.
