This is the most glaring of all questions. If this administration has been getting communications for months indicating that Libya is very dangerous for our diplomatic corps, why in heaven’s name was there not a contingency plan on file and the assets positioned at Sigonella Sicily, only a few hundred miles away, to handle this sort of problem?
