Ruby Tuesday at the Port Charlotte Town Center mall is offering a community give-back program, according to an email from the restaurant’s Jan Frey. Jan says the program “offers nonprofits, churches, schools, etc. a simple way to raise money. Basically, the organization registers online, sets a date, we provide a custom event flier for them to distribute, and they come and ‘dine’ with us. When guests dining on their specified dates present the flier, we give their organization 20 percent of the sales from their check. It’s a win-win opportunity.”
