PORT CHARLOTTE — Serge Storm is at it again. That’s right, author Tim Dorsey’s maniacal, schizophrenic but likeable killer is appearing in his newest book, “The Rip Tide Ultra-glide,” the 16th in his series about the twisted main character and his sidekick, Seymore “Coleman” Bunsen, helping a stranded Wisconsin couple while they are vacationing in Florida.

At the Mid-County Regional Library on Tuesday, Dorsey held a book signing to discuss his newest offering.
