PORT CHARLOTTE — Port Charlotte High School coach Chrissy Burkhart has maintained all season that it was only a matter of time until the Pirates found their stride.
Port Charlotte proved its coach’s theory true during a 3-0 sweep of visiting South Fort Myers (25-15, 25-17, 25-17) on Thursday.
