The Community Relations Advisory Council is looking to make the government examine the way it hires minorities and have it look at getting bids from more minority businesses when awarding contracts.

Recently the CRAC remade two organizational charts to start in that direction. The charts show the county’s hiring practices and how it awards contracts. However, a chart showing the January 2013 statistics showing the county’s population compared to the government’s statistics show things are already pretty even.
