NORTH PORT — On senior night at The Preserve, North Port High School keeper Derek Reich was determined to shine in what might have been his last home match.

With older brother Lucas — a four-time starter in net for the Bobcats himself — looking on from the stands, the younger Reich did his best to keep Palmetto from the net despite the Bobcats’ 4-0 loss on Friday night.
