Helen Elizabeth Nicksich, 97, of North Port, Fla., passed away Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012.

She was born Aug. 5, 1915, in Acosta, Pa.

Helen was a member of San Pedro Catholic Church in North Port.

She is survived by her three nieces, Donna Marie Hofferth of Walkerton, Ind., Marian Nicksich of Merrillville, Ind., and Irene Mattox of Evansville, Ind.; and a nephew, John Kisylia of Griffith, Ind.

A visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at Farley Funeral Home in North Port, with a service to follow. Burial will take place at Venice Memorial Gardens.
