VENICE — A young couple was arrested after law enforcement found their twin toddlers wandering naked outside their home and illegal drugs inside.
Arrested were Crystal L. Garrett, 22, of the 600 block of Substation Road, and Nicholas C. Holder, 25, of the 100 block of Rose St., both from Venice.
