ENGLEWOOD — When the Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall is erected and awaiting visitors in Pioneer Park late today, it will be the culmination of years of hard work by Cher Macey and others from Englewood’s Clyde E. Lassen VFW Post 10178.

“We had to book the wall two years in advance to make sure we could get it here,” Macey said, adding the wall would never have come to Englewood without the efforts of six volunteers.
