NORTH PORT — The Gene Matthews Boys & Girls Club will present its 15th annual Prime Time Dinner and Auction from 5:30-9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6 at San Pedro Catholic Church, at the corner of North Port Boulevard and U.S. 41. The theme this year is Octoberfest. Food will be provided by the Olde World Restaurant and includes brats, roasted pork, stuffed cabbage, sauerkraut, potatoes and German cake.

The Boys & Girls Club raises money at this event to help with programming and staffing costs. Organizers are looking for sponsors, tickets and auction items. Cost for the evening is $55 per person or $500 for table of 10. Other sponsorships are available.
