John Cwikawski has worked many positions in the restaurant business since he was 14 years old. He was general manager of a seafood restaurant in his native Chesapeake, Va. After that, John was general manager for Bob Evans Restaurant for 15 years, and transferred to Southwest Florida to be near family.
But John had a lifelong dream of his own family business, and found a perfect venue at the right price. “I saw a need for a breakfast/lunch place in Punta Gorda,” he said.
