A well-known face at the Apothecary Shop in Lake Wales was arrested this week, according to reports from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

The PCSO notes a confidential informant tipped off detectives that 36-year-old Kalpeshkumar Patel of Orlando, a pharmacist at The Apothecary Shop, 437 S. 11th St., Lake Wales, was allegedly selling prescription medication without prescriptions.
