Edna Lydia Wickman, 93, a longtime Saginaw and Midland resident, currently from Lake Wales, Fla., died of heart failure on Thursday afternoon,
July 26, 2012. She was born on Dec. 20, 1918, in Richville, the daughter of the late Gustave and Meta (Kussro) Wyneken.
Surviving are her loving husband of 71 years, Homer, children Sue (Doug) Swearingen of Frankfort, Ks., Bob Wickman of Hudson, Fla., Ann Wickman of Lake Wales, Fla., Willie (Bill) Trull of Lake Wales, Fla., Ted (Vickie) Wickman of Seabrook Island, S.C., Sally (Jerry) Mills of Broomfield, Colo. and Tammy (Jerry) Popp of Folsom, La. She also is survived by three sisters Wilma Blackmore, Helen Wyneken and Milly Nuffer, all of Bay City, Mich., twelve grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Edna was preceded in death by two sisters, Anita Bernreuter and Cordula Meyer.
There will be a Memorial Service on August 4, 2012.
