A seventh grader at Bok Academy is on her way to Tallahassee to begin serving as a legislative page on Monday, Mar. 4.

“I can’t wait to get a real life chance to understand and have more of a connection in my civics class,” explained Soteria Garnett who has an interest in law and political science. “I’m excited to see and learn about what I’m reading and to have come back to tell everybody about my experience. I think it will help me in life knowing how to understand politics, elections and legislative law.”
