There was a lot of love at the Lake Wales Library on Tuesday, Feb. 26. The Lake Wales Chamber After Hours provided an opportunity for the Friends of the Lake Wales Library to announce their “Love Your Library” capital campaign.
“We’ve had 285,460 visitors in the last 15 months,” said Glenda Morgan, president of the volunteer group, as she revealed library statistics compiled over the past 15 months. “I’m sure many of you retailers would like to have that kind of foot traffic in your business.”
