The early bird gets the worm for all new K-12 students enrolling in one of the six Lake Wales Charter Schools. Although open enrollment for 2013-2014 began on Jan. 14 and continues through Feb. 4, applications received by that date will be entered into a lottery for open seats.

“We especially hope parents with new kindergarten students will enroll early since those classes usually fill up first,” said LWCS Superintendent Jesse Jackson. “Our elementary schools need to know how many children to expect, so they can plan the best possible kindergarten program.”
