Boyd and Susan Tong, former Indian Lakes Estates residents, decided not to wait for the real estate market to recover before selling their craft and woodworking shop located at 6850 Miami Dr. in the Estates.

The Tongs have hired Randy Kincaid Auction Company of Lakeland to sell the property to the last and highest bidder. The auction will be conducted at the property on Thursday, Jan. 24 at 1 p.m. There will be no minimum or reserve.
