Great news from the GFWC (Greater Federation of Woman’s Clubs) Lake Wales Woman’s Club. The date has been set for the Annual International Dinner. The dinner will be held on Friday, Feb. 15, 2013 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the clubhouse, located at 275 East Park Avenue in Lake Wales.

If you’ve been to this event, you know how tasty the food is. If not, you’re in for a treat. The cost is $10, which buys you a ticket with 5 punches of $2 each. You can chose to sample five different dishes at $2 each, or have two or more servings of the same delicious dish. There are hot entrees, cold salads, and delicious desserts to select from — and what desserts! Be sure to look over that table first, and save room. As for drinks, iced tea or water is included. If you prefer wine with your meal, it’s available for a separate suggested donation.
