A motion to meet again with the artist who designed the controversial entrance sign at Spook Hill was defeated by a 3-2 vote Wednesday night by the Lake Wales City Commission.

Commissioners Betty Wojcik, Jonathan Thornhill and Chris Lutton voted against having another discussion with artist James R. Hahn, while Mayor Mike Carter and Commissioner Terrye Howell favored revisiting the issue.
