Santa’s sleigh is set, the marching band is in tune and back-up convertibles have been reserved just in case local car dealers sell out before the Lake Wales Kiwanis Christmas parade begins on Saturday, Dec. 8 at 6 p.m.

“We have about 40 entries, five convertibles for dignitaries and another five units in the parade,” said Larry Tonjes, president of Kiwanis Club of Lake Wales.
