On Thursday, Oct. 4, the sound of motorcycles rumbling through the streets of Lake Wales will be replaced with the sound of high energy music, comedy and amazing testimonies. That’s when the Toy World Coffee House in downtown Lake Wales will play host to the “World Famous Salvation Saloon Traveling Gospel Show.”

Every year, the Salvation Saloon, a biker church located near Clearwater, Florida, conducts its annual mission trip known as “The Bronson Project” at various locations throughout the southeast United States. This year it comes to Lake Wales and will be capped by a show consisting of music by the Posse Band, comedy by Bill Rutledge, and stories from people whose lives were changed in amazing ways. Of particular note will be the testimony of one of the Salvation Saloon members (who prefer to be known as Saloonatics), Bob Gill.
