The public is welcome to attend the monthly meetings organized by the Ridge Organic Cooperative. Ridge Organic Cooperative is a local group coming together for the purpose of: education and support for the Lake Wales community in creating a more sustainable food system and life styles. They also are active in promoting organic gardening and farming and wellness education while helping to create community.

Topics and discussions will include: organic gardening/farming methods, resources for gardening, healthy grocery shopping, healthy food prep, sustainable/local economics, etc.
