The ACT-SO chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People announces a Youth Initiative, to be held on Saturday, Aug. 25, from 5 to 9 p.m. at the James P. Austin Community Center in Lake Wales.

This is the kick off rally for the National Convention.
