A former Warner University employee Clinton Duane Pancake, 37, was charged by the United States Attorney’s Office with receipt, distribution, and transportation of child pornography.

If convicted on all counts, the Riverview resident could face a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in federal prison and a maximum penalty of 40 years.
