Mertice Kelly, founder of the Circle of Friends, a non-profit day program for children and adults of various abilities, notes the Circle recently nabbed their first cleaning job at the old Amphenol Plant. “They gave us the opportunity to clean the administrative offices before their new client moved in,” said Kelly, adding “We are hopeful other opportunities will open up for us … We hope to one day have a Janitorial Cleaning Service, giving jobs for individuals in the community as well as jobs for our special friends.”
