Mertice Kelly wasn’t expecting a birthday party, or for that matter, a retirement party, when she opened the door at the Elks Lodge recently.
A group of her family and friends, and people touched by the Circle of Friends Ministry gathered to wish her a happy retirement, throwing a party in her honor.
