Students participating in the team-building workshop concentrate heavily on getting Garrison Rickman (center) through a spider web made of string, without touching any part of the web. Joshua Fell, who has taught team building at Lake Aurora for 11 years and also teaches life science at Bok, encouraged the students to talk over a plan before acting.

Although FCAT testing time can be nerve-wracking, the Lake Wales Charter Schools surround it with so much fun, it may become a favorite time of year. (Maybe.)

The Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test week kicked off with the Highlanders basketball team, cheerleaders, Scottish Band and IB prep students making a tour of all the charter schools, generating excitement with their showmanship.
