The first annual Century Race for bicycle riders, the Bike Sebring Century 12/24 Hour Race will be held Saturday and Sunday at the Sebring International Raceway. The event, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Highlands County, attracts riders from all over the world with entries representing 25 states and 8 different countries. It is the first Race Across America qualifier of the year.

Last year’s record was 523 miles in 24 hours. All proceeds from the event are filtered through the Rotary Club of Highlands County and all money stays local.
