The Highlands County Family YMCA will sponsor a special 5K Race called “The Last Day 5K,” which will take place a couple of days early on Saturday, Dec. 29. The race will begin at the YMCA on Hammock Road in Sebring, with starting time at 9 a.m.

The entry fee is $20 for those registered by Dec. 26, $25 on race day. A special rate for children 10 years old and under is $10.
