Team Portugal, Lake Placid’s entry in the senior division of the Arcadia Youth Soccer League, broke a 1-1 regulation tie game with a 2-1 win in penalty kicks to win the Championship Game of its division Saturday, Dec. 8. The game was played in Arcadia.
