After a desultory start against the LaBelle Cowboys a week ago, the Lake Placid Green Dragon boys’ junior varsity basketball team has come on “Like Gangbusters,” reeling off three impressive wins in a row this week.

Friday evening found the J.V.’s taking a 52-40 win from the visiting Frostproof Bulldogs in a game which saw a number youngsters have “breakout” games.
