This roadside display helped build excitement for this week's Vacation Bible School at Lake Placid Church of Christ. VBS sessions opened Monday and continue through Thursday from 9 to 11:30 a.m. each day. The theme is "God and Me @ Sea," said Pastor Jimmy Goins. Lake Placid Church of Christ is located on U.S. 27, just north of town.
