An ongoing investigation into the July 7 death of Avon Park infant Milo Rupert has led to additional charges for Kyle Lee Marsh Rupert, 22, of Sanford and Sandra Michelle Jackson, 25, of Avon Park.

The two were previously arrested and charged with child abuse in the same case and both were being held in the Highlands County jail.
