A Certified Crop Adviser’s continuing education seminar will be offered Thursday, Oct. 31 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at South Florida State College’s in Building T, Room 20 on the Highlands Campus at Avon Park.
The seminar is offered by the SFSC Corporate Education Department.
Ten contact hours will be awarded for attending the full day; five contact hours for each of the two educational areas. Register for a half day if credits in only one of the educational areas are needed.
The two educational areas covered in this seminar are Nutrient Management from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.; and Integrated Pest Management from 1 to 6 p.m. A working lunch and snacks are included. Registration deadline is Monday, Oct. 28.
